We are currently looking for:

 

Marketing Assistant (m/f) – Events management – Permanent contract starting in January or February 2018

Your responsibilities:

In charge of the organization of events, both internal and external, including event planning ahead, suppliers negotiation, event participation, event follow-up and budget planning.

 

  • You propose original concepts and are aware of latest trends

  • You coordinate and follow-up on projects

  • You respect budget constraints and tight deadlines

  • You communicate with your internal clients and suppliers

  • You advertise your event on the market

  • You negotiate with service providers

  • You report regularly to your hierarchy

  • You manage invitation process

  • You update the clients database related to the events activity

  • You respect clear procedures and processes

Your profile:

  • You have a master degree in Marketing/Communication, ideally with a first experience in a similar position

  • You are fluent in English (French or German would be an advantage)

  • You are a team player, flexible, proactive, client oriented and committed to quality

  • You are rigorous and able to work under pressure

  • You have excellent communication skills

  • You are creative

  • You are able to manage stress periods and respect deadlines

  • You have a thorough command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
