Job Description

You will be involved in the overall project management process of developing software in the development team. It involves close liaison with both the clients and the development team located in Sandweiler, Luxembourg.

Day to day tasks include:

·         Manage projects during its whole life cycle: opportunities, analysis, development, testing and changes and support

·         Take ownership on day to day project management tasks

·         Reporting to AMS management and to the client

·         Work closely with the development team

·         Involvement in the functional analysis with clients and creation of specifications

·         Follow up on planning and project statuses

·         Follow up on development with validation of implemented features

·         Creation of functional/technical documentations and procedures

·         Manage and follow up on testing

·         Manage change requests

·         Liaison with other providers

·         Follow up on issues with the client, development team and other providers

·         Training to clients

Required Profile 

·         You are able to communicate with both clients and in the team

·         You have knowledge/certification in Project Management methodology

·         You take ownership of tasks and issues

·         You have a background in software implementation

·         You have some knowledge of software packages

·         You are result and solution oriented

·         You are open minded

·         You are a team player willing to help others

·         You are a problem solver able understand complex matters

·         Knowledge of UML

·         General knowledge of Microsoft tools

·         Knowledge of MS Project and Project server an asset

·         You speak French fluently and have good English
